You are too much in a hurry to jubilate.
Even if high court rule against Obaseki, he will got to appeal court. That will take like 1month minimum. If that goes against him, he will go to Supreme Court. That will take another 1 month minimum.

The earliest time Obaseki will vacate that seat if all cases go against him is around March 2021
