Oshobaba was not the APC chairman in 2016. It was Oyegun led NWC that screened Obaseki in 2016. PDP were the first to exposed his certificate forgery.

You never thought that with the presidency in their hands, APC would move mountains to defend their prize? You did not think that they would compel WAEC to get PMB the certificate and there was nothing WAEC could do? You have not wondered that failing to comply would cost the WAEC registrar his job? You have not wondered why APC suddenly had that idea of getting WAEC to issue that document? Ask yourself how all us a sudden, WAEC that could not say something tangible about results of the 70s and early 80s presented a result of a candidate in the 60s. How was that achieved?

The truth is that Nigerian elections are won in two stages 1. the ballot 2. the courts. That's why it is said that it is not finished until it is finished.

APC presented the same candidate is 2016. Adams Oshiomole defended him even with the allegation of forged certificates and he remained there. When he failed to dance to the musical tunes of Oshiomole, APC suddenly woke up to the realisation that his documents could not allow them field him as a candidate. When their candidate was roundly and fairly defeated and congratulated by PMB himself, they have chosen the other route of the court. Unfortunately now we have a party in the center that believes that "all is fair in a war". Anything can happen. Under this government we saw an election candidate who came fourth in an election, using the supreme court to win the election. Let's wait and see.

Exactly,but the point is that,the 2016 cert was forged hence the same PdP went to court to challenge him but Osho and APC killed the case,he submitted the same 2016 version to APC again in 2020 b4 the fracas with Osho but went on to PDP to submit the real copy from UI creating these drama.
