Nairalandian: Hold your politicians accountable. The problem with u Nigerians is that u blame police, blame soldiers, blame teachers, blame everyone but always find a way to support and excuse ur politicians who are from ur regions. Ur politicians are the ones who make laws and approve payments for these workers. If u want a police like u get in Germany, pay ur police like they pay their Germany police. Provide for ur police the facilities the Dubai govt provides for her police officers. |

You can't join the police even if you have all the qualifications and skills sets to do so unless you know somebody who knows somebody and ...... So this people keep recruiting the wrong set of people into the police force to unleash terror on the society and put up conducts far below acceptable standards anywhere.
