A man’s cause of death has been listed as ‘extreme orgasm’ after he died while visiting a s**x worker in Phalombe, Malawi.


The deceased, named as one Charles Majawa reportedly lost consciousness after having s**x with the woman in the town’s trading district and died shortly afterwards.


The woman involved in the incident reported the death to police after discussing the matter with some of her colleagues.
