This Orji Uzor Kalu house matter be like Alhaji Usman aka Young Alhaji in Otukpo, Benue State. The illiterate rich guy was busy building and rebuilding his house in GRA Otukpo for almost two years. Right now, he cannot maintain the house anymore, the house is an eye sore in that environment now. It's an act of foolishness to build a living home like a hotel. At most 5 bedrooms + guest lodge is enough and can be maintained.
