It's actually nothing like that in my offer letter but I noticed that my account was debited for life and job insurance when the loan was disbursed in my account

I meant the loan offer letter.
Since you paid for job insurance, you need to seek clarification from them, because ordinarily, the insurance coy should take over the loan please.
But this country is full of 'anyhowness' and unjust systems.

Which Bank is this?
