A governor giving compensation for a farmers land destroyed or a herdsman's livestock is no big deal, I'm sure your governors are doing the same, at least the farmers are sending a clear message to any would-be trespassers by killing their cows. The cattle breeding business is not easy indeed, they are feeding the cows with farmers crops all along once this stops most of them will run out of business.

Imagine they need to rent a place, buy feeds, water, cleaning every day, removing the poo, animal clinic etc. it is not an easy task my brother.
