My boy is is coming home with me. He is 2 and half years old in few months he will be 3 years old. I need a good children school to register him on the island. I want to know which category he belong to pre-school,kindergarten or play group as i don`t know the system in Nigeria. I need a school to register him preferably within the vicinity of ABRAHAM ADESANYA ESTATE OR ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE PLACE IN AJAH. I need good recommendation and if possible the cost and some other guidelines. I need a good CHILDREN HOSPITAL also please do give me nice and the friendly hospital that i can be assure of. |

i am sure also but as i am not familiar with children things in that area it makes it hard. but recommendation will do a lot in search of good hospitality for my boy. |

I don't have children yet bro -- so I can't help you. I'm around Lekki though. I've heard of this place called "greenpoint" --- I think thats what its called heard its a good school. Schools that were good back in my days may no longer be up to par --- like corona and such! |

Greater scholars is in Abraham Adesanya. Its a very good school. For hospital, try Doren specialist hospital, its along the road from Ajah to Abraham Adesanya. Hope this helps. |

obowunmi: It is not greenpoint but GREENSPRINGS SCHOOL. it is a very good school, particularly sound in academics. offers curricula from the pre-schooler montessori to Pre-University IB diploma (International barraculate) you cant go wrong with it, though a little heavy on the pocket side. The school is along the Ajah road, immediately after crown estate. |

Thanks Queenex I have Heard of Greater Scholars at Abraham Adesanya and also G[b]reensprings School [/b]all located around. But How is their Tuition Fees does anyone have idea? About Doreen Hospital I will take note and visit their upon my arrival. |

Hi to all contributors so far, I have contacted the admission department of Greenspring School, i must say its really ok from my enquiry but there are some things that is discouraging. The fee is up to 1 000 000 million naira a year. I am not saying the amount is too much for the quality of education offered But the child i want to enrol is just over 2 years old,which will be placed among playgroup. I think the money is on the high side for playgroup. What do you think ladies and Gents? or maybe i am wrong. About Doren Specialist Hospital. I must say i am satisfied with their services I am opened to more suggestions on this thread pls. |

I would advise you to put the child in a creche not a school. In Abraham Adesanya, Crown Estate, etc there are a number of them. You have to go there and look around. I am sure there are really nice ones. Cant help u much. I just moved to Lekki so havent looked out yet for such things. Pls, wen u find a hospital,let me know. I need to change mine cos Surulere is too far. |

blank: Thanks for ur comment. For now this is the best Hospital i found so far DOREN SPECIALIST HOSPITAL LOCATED JUST AFTER CROWN ESTATE. I think i am satisfied with the issue of hospital for now. Kindly recommend any creche that you know or better still please do some findings. |

Doren is actually BEFORE Crown estate not after, located in Sangotedo near Safeway Hospital. D thing about playgroups n creches is that u actually av 2 go there and look around 2 establish its d type u want. I am actually looking out for a Christian creche that practices ACES. Haven't' seen yet. However, a friend recommended Greater Scholars while another recommended one that I av forgotten the name. It is inside Crown estate which is better located 4 me as its near my inlaws. Wish u success. |

About the creche,my initial plan was Greater Scholar inside Abraham Adesanya but i change my mind when i got a new creche just beside Graceland Estate. Moneywise it is good About Hospital I have got BUDO SPECIALIST HOSPITAL JUST OPPOSITE GRACELAND ESTATE TOO. Somehow expensive but the equipments and their services worth it. |
