Any one that works or know about civil service will know this letter is fake. Too many loop holes, first the salary was not stated if annual or monthly, that alone opens this appointment letter to litigation. GL 5 for a manger, haba!!!

On the flip side, the fact is that whatever job Bashir Ahmad secures NOW as post 2023 assurance cannot hold unless he remains in the good books of whoever emerges as the President or head of NNPC post-2023. Otherwise, he will be simply sacked.

If you believe that a graduate will be recruited into the Federal Civil service on Grade Level 5 and an annual gross salary of less than 500k, then you are very gullible.

Entry-level for Graduates into the Federal Civil service is Grade Level 8. This role is a Project Manager role meaning it is far from entry-level. The least it can be is Grade Level 11 or 12.

The letter is so fake it is embarrassing!
