No. PDP is more conservative with economic matters. Remember, it was under PDP that privatization of govt owned assets started. Jonathan also tried to deregulate the oil industry, which shows opposition to price control that APC campaigned to keep. APC is more welfare-based (Handouts, tradermoni, empowerment "schemes" that are leftist in nature.

The Cassava flour bread was promised during Jonathan and PDP was paid in Billions. We are yet to see or eat the bread .was it APC promise?
