That's a funny statement to make, considering that the West is FULL of Masters programs... and they are the one offering the "African Studies" program at Oxford. Most large US companies are run by people with multiple degrees. Yes, there are a few examples of those who didn't go to school being highly successful, but the evidence overwhelmingly supports further education. The problem is Nigeria does not harness its educated youth, but that's not because post-graduate education is the problem. If one was to follow your statement about education to it's natural conclusion, there should be no masters or phd schools in the US...
