Mallam, they awarded the contract then they began sourcing for the monies for the projects. The fact that they awarded the contract does not mean they have the cash to do it or that they will ever complete it.

Imagine!!! Just from a single discovery out of lots from a single politician out of thousands of politicians that has been milking Nigeria since independence. If we had got visionary leaders, Nigeria would have become most advanced in development in Africa and even ranking with world powers.
