I am looking past the Dangote and group on this read to focus on the business potentials of Ibeju Lekki. 3 years back when I was an active real estate agent and was marketing a lot of lands in that axis there's no small honest detail to use convince my clients about the axis potential and why they should buy a land at least for reselling there I didn't state, Nigerians being Nigerians thought is all about my pocket I was after now that everything is clear they should go back and see if even a N5m land is possible there right now.

the refinery is not close to residential area. In 2016, that area was a swamp that was sandfilled at the cost of $500 million
