The judiciary should not be like this, they will not dispense Justice without being corrupt, they are exposed to corruption, some innocent persons will suffer when discharging their duty, they have to survive, imagine a hungry magistrate, theirs is non payment while the Police is very poor salary, exposing innocent people' to their extortion and other vices, people's lives are in their hands, they will not be in their right frame of mind, this are essential services just like the doctors and nurses whom are reasonably paid, 'though they cried too & have not stopped crying', same should go for these two, the Judiciary and the Police. The Governor should try and pay the magistrates, imagine landlord ejecting a magistrate
