Here is the million dollar question that I have for fellow patrons of this forum. The is a former governor that was indicted and charged with murder and mismanagement of public funds, He is on his way back to Nigeria after sneaking out after he was impeached. With YAR ADUA telling EFCC to cool it down. should this guy be allow to enjoy his fundermental human right or should he be arrested and charge? A Federal High Court in Lagos, at the weekend, ordered the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Mike Okiro and the Director General of the State Security Service (SSS), Col. Kayode Are, not to arrest, detain, molest or restrict the movement of former Governor of Oyo State, Mr. Ayo Fayose, when he returns to the country.
