This One United North theory the hausa-fulani used in the past to rule minorities in the north is over forever, as evidenced by the recent election results-the middle belt voted overwhemingly for GEJ. The minorities in the north now realize that their alliance with Hausa -fulani have not yielded any benefits to them but war and tribal hatred as evidenced by events in Jos and other places. Gej loss with a slim margin in jigawa, kano,gombe and Adamawa. Are these state minorities? Definitely, no GEj got the mandatory 24% from virtually all the states in the core north with the exception of kastina. This was the reason why we are not taking about a re run not some minority stuff. |
