if you check fifa website u will see Zambia v Nigeria, Ottawa, 12 July, 16.45 (local time)
we are ahead of otawa canada by 5 (i.e. Nigeria GMT+1, Otawa GMT- 4)
the effective time for the match is 16.45 +5 which is 21.45 otherwisw known as 9.45

9:45 is wrong . . . . the match is just before midnite 11:45 or thereabouts
