He is right to some extent. Mr president has signed the autonomy of other arms of government which is part of restructuring, and which the states are not doing...

The guy is right somehow. In his own imagination, restructuring means that the little that trickles down from Abuja should be properly shared among the states and LGs. That’s a myopic restructuring idea. The real restructuring is that power be shared out to regions and resources be shared out to the regions from the centre. That’s the bigger picture he has not seen. I am not surprised, most useless leaders cannot see the bigger picture all the time.

In the era of our great great grand parents even with less civilization persons at that age are no longer youths in the community gatherings......then just at about 1999 we see men calling themselves youth......I guess it's because his children are still within 3-15 years.

It’s either this governor does not understand what the south wants to be restructured or he is a deceptive person.
What he said was restructured are just like drops of water in the ocean.
He does not talk about merging some non viable states and representative constituencies created at all nooks and crannies in the north to suck up revenues from the south, or creating equalization states in the southern regions being politically under-represented in Abuja.
