The present constitution is heavily favored towards the north, it's has to be amended.

How do you feel if you have level 200 and someone with level 16 becomes your boss in a government agency because he came from a certain region?That is what this present constitution has allowed, it must be amended.

Would some corrupt Nigerian governors try to use their State police a their personal weapon against perceived enemies? Yes.

Rising from a meeting in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, PDP governors called on President Mohammadu Buhari to immediately send an Executive Bill to the National Assembly to amend the constitution to devolve more powers to the states to enable them tackle security under the state police.

Anyone who tells you that Buhari cannot restructure this country is only deceiving himself. The biggest opposition to restructuring is the lack of poltiical will.
