INEC plans to hold supplementary elections in the four LGA's where elections did not hold or was inconclusive in Imo state. They include Ngor-Okpala, Mbaitoli, Oguta and Egbema. So far, the other concluded 23 LGA's indicate that Rochas Okorocha of the APGA leads with 12 LGA's while incumbent Ikedi Ohakim of PDP has 11 LGA's, the figures released so far confirms that Rochas is leading in figures with over 31,000 votes. APGA leader in Imo state, Chief Martins Agbaso on Channels TV yesterday, claimed that elections where held at Mbaitoli LGA and results indicate that APGA won there. He was of the opinion that since Rochas has satisfied the requirement of the law by getting 25% in two-thirds of the LGA's where elections where held, and has scored the highest number of votes and that he should be declared the winner of the election.
