One of the foremost Legal Luminary and Constitutional lawyer, Mr. Mike Ezeohme S.A.N. quoted a part of the Nigerian 1999 Constitution, that all Elections must be held and concluded on or before 30 days to SWORN IN DATE and that any Election after this date will be null and void and will create a Constitutional Crisis In Nigeria, that is, Our constitution will have to be amended and will definitely affect/shift in the Handover Date. Now taking into account, the Imo State Governorship Election which is still inconclusive till date and which had led to rescheduled Re-run in some 4LGs and a ward. With this scenario, Dont you think this will affect the Handover Date?

The only handover date that is really called handover in nigeria is that of the president. The handover date is not and cannot be shaken.
