It depends on where you are.
- Food (but that won't last long, unless farm)
- Security (planning your safety and movement, maybe a second home, and securing your family)
- Weapons (if you will be engaged in actually fighting; or defending your space at some point)
- Foreign currency in foreign banks if you can, or digital asset
- Fixed Asset (land, cos there will be rebuilding)
