uuzba: I still maintain what I said. It's working in UK becos whites still run the country. It would take them eternity to learn. The irony is that the reason why they have not learnt it is becos of my earlier assertion. |

This is not unconnected with poor maintenance due to corruption we have been battling with in this country. Everything is manage until it cost the lives of citizens. As a matter of fact hardly have any train arrived at her destination, it usually breaks down. The way we are in this country, it is better they outsource everything so that private individuals can manage it and let government just build and maintain the tracks. |
