The British High Commission has spoken on the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Dean Hurlock, a Spokesperson of the British High Commission, told TheCable that while they can confirm Kanu’s arrest, he was not picked up in the UK where he is based.

Abubakar Malami, minister of justice and attorney-general of the federation, had told journalists in Abuja that Kanu was picked up on Sunday due to “the collaborative efforts of Nigerian intelligence and security services.”

According to Hurlock, “Nnamdi Kanu was not arrested in the UK for extradition purposes.”

Stop fooling yourself. The UK would have initiated the severing of diplomatic ties with Nigeria immediately if Kanu is a citizen they value or are convinced is innocent of the terrorist charges me and you know he is 100% guilty of same as Shekau and others.

If you think the UK had no hand in Kanu's arrest, wherever he was picked up eventually, then you are even more naive than a Nigerian child living in the most remote viillage with no school and no TV, radio or internet acccess.
