hello, I use a Nokia E5-00, software version is 042.010. I bought it in June, 2011. Phone says phone memory full, but there's still a lotta space on the memory card. I deleted some stuffs and it's still the same problem, so I checked the phone memory on a pc, the file OTHERS says 222mb, on opening it, it said no data found. Now, my received calls are not even saved, so if sm calls me & I want to save the number, I'll ve lost it. what do I do. I live in PH Nigeria. |

guru in the building, please come to my rescue. I have Nokia E63 but am not enjoying it because i can't install some lovely symbian applications. Whenever i want to install application it keeps displaying 'file corrupt' or 'certificate error contact application supplier'. That aside, if i install some java applications n games it's either the application or gane not open if i launch it or appear on phone but not reflect on 'App Manager' and if sometime appeared, it would disappear when i power off/on the phone. What can i do? |

agoshofin: Phone memory, which is c: probably full. A reset by dialing *#7370# can solve the problem. Backup data before format. |
Re: Nokia Care @ Nigeria: by Nobody: 11:24am On Nov 17, 2011 |
ogunyemy: Nokia suite(previously called OVI suite) is a replacement for PC_suite. latest models are supported only by Nokia suite. Use latest version of Nokia suite. |
Re: Nokia Care @ Nigeria: by Nobody: 11:24am On Nov 17, 2011 |
kay_8080: Take phone to Nokia_Care. |
Re: Nokia Care @ Nigeria: by Nobody: 11:36am On Nov 17, 2011 |

My E65-1 has several issues and needs to be worked on (screen, key & mainframe problems). I wish to know if it has valid warranty (imei, 358631014585434). Secondly, can it be traded in for a new model - at certain cost? Thanx. |
Re: Nokia Care @ Nigeria: by Nobody: 11:35am On Nov 18, 2011 |
routsz: Your warranty expired in 2009. Contact dealer for trade queries. |
Re: Nokia Care @ Nigeria: by Nobody: 11:37am On Nov 18, 2011 |

I recently downloaded into my Nokia phone 3110 Classic BlueFTP, a mobile software that uses bluetooth to transfer files and other applications to other devices. I could not use it as I am always prompted-"application set not to allow, check your user manual". I have checked my user manual and could not locate anything that looks like that to change. |

tundesto: If the application is compatible with your device, Check in application settings to allow application to access phone data! |
Re: Nokia Care @ Nigeria: by tundesto(m): 3:57pm On Nov 21, 2011 |
There is no provision in application settings to change it to allow application to access phone data |
