In 2001, the north rejected the use of ATM machine quoting the high illiteracy rate which would exclude them. Today, they are saying that there low network coverage of the north to allow for electronic transmission of election results when the same network is used to validate voters using the voters machine.

Decapitation isn't the panacea for headache. Abolishing electronic transmission should not be the solution for a possible rigging of it. In fact, the foresight by APC should give it an edge to put measures to truncate rigging it into motion.
