All these positions you just mentioned he held was because of "Quota system".

We are not asking for too much. Let him just release his WAEC certificate. He employed more than 15 SANs to defend him in court when he was asked to bring his WAEC certificate. Why did he lie that his certificate was with the military? How can your employer (in this case the military) hold your original certificate? Where is it done? And you begin to wonder why the country is so messed up understand him. Sorry, but he is a NEPA certificate holder!

Without education, by chance if you attain enviable heights in the field you find yourself, you may require to go for leadership courses, seminars, workshops etc, anywhere in the world, that alone is educative and may be given certificate of attendance. Infact getting to the military school must have a criteria, which I believe he met before he was trained, he was able to pass out and he excelled, that alone is also education, that should be certificated. To this extent, the President is very well educated, rich in experience but for qualifications, none has been proven, which to me is not an issue. In this context, he made it without the generally acceptable entry qualifications, be it primary school cert, secondary school cert or tertiary school cert. Like he is condemning those who do not have the opportunity he has. Many made it without qualifications but with education, which may not require being certificated. Apprentices in different businesses, trades, crafts, entrepreneurship training, with reasonable capital, do excel. Due to lack of jobs, many with qualifications, abandoned it and made it from the trade they educates themselves. He can simply skip that part of the address or better, if has said without education rather than saying without qualifications.

It depends on the definition and context to which each is put.
Per definition:
Education is what we learn, know, how we learn, and use it in life, from cradle to grave!

Success is the act or sense of achieving a target objective.

But for the context, I think Buhari bungled it by saying "Educational qualification"... If he had left it at just 'Education' the argument would have been valid.
