Aparthied:
Nigeria is getting more useless everyday!
When you have an illiterate leader as the president of a country;the world sees everyone in that country as the same .

Shut your trap. Jonathan, a PhD holder was there for 6 years, no country sold weapons to him. He even made attempt to buy weapons/bullets on black market in SA, both money and helicopter were seized. Short memory dey worry you?
Buhari that you referred to as illiterate leader on the other hand has successfully bought weapons from many countries including USA. This one too will scale through, USA lawmakers just need clarification.

The hold on the sale also showcases how powerful US lawmakers want to push the Joe Biden administration to rethink US relations with Nigeria amid overarching concerns that Buhari is drifting toward authoritarianism as his government is besieged by multiple security challenges, including the Boko Haram insurgency.

As far as I'm concerned, Jonathan was treated far worse than this by all countries based on the warning and threat by USA.

Anyway, the big question is whether the War ammunitions will be used on the Real terrorists/Bandits in the North or on innocent Protesters in Southern Nigeria?
Your guess is as good as mine.

You see, with Lie Mohammed, once he says that there is no entity that exists called devil, just know that the opposite is the truth and believe the opposite. That the devil do exist.

please go back to school or read what the United States congressman said, "proposed" arms sale not a "deal", it becomes a deal ones contract papers between each parties has been signed, this is just a "proposal" from Nigerian Government and our minister came out to say something different.
