-Ban on felling/transporting of trees, selling of petrol in jerrycans in select LGAs still in force

After wide consultations and series of thorough security reviews, the Kaduna State Government has banned the transportation of livestock from the State to other States in the country.

This ban also prohibits the transportation of livestock into Kaduna state from other states. Both bans take effect immediately, from today 2nd September 2021.

The government also wishes to reiterate that the transportation of donkeys into the state is a criminal offence and anyone found engaging in this will be prosecuted accordingly.

Furthermore, the Kawo weekly market which usually holds every Tuesday in Kaduna North LGA has been suspended with immediate effect.

The Government of Kaduna State wishes to highlight that the previous directives suspending weekly markets, and selling of petrol in jerrycans in Birnin Gwari, Giwa, Chikun, Igabi and Kajuru LGAs, as well as banning the felling of trees for timber, firewood and charcoal and other commercial purposes in Birnin Gwari, Kachia, Kajuru, Giwa, Chikun, Igabi and Kauru LGAs, are still in force.

Citizens are hereby informed that all these directives will be vigorously enforced by security agencies.

With the inevitable mass migration from the North to the south in these troubled times, we hope some monthly FAAC allocations are also migrated to the south from the North to buffer the economic strain in states experiencing increase in population.

The mass migration with same allocation up north only increases stolen funds, while the economy depletes down south with increased insecurity and unemployment.

Now more hardship on the people for putting incompetent and irrational leaders in place. The closure will cause more hunger. I am still surprise that Kaduna with all military formations are being ruled by rustlers and banditry.

Repent now of your sinful evil ways to avoid spending your eternity in hell fire after you die. Jesus Christ love and warns you to repent and convert now to Christianity to avoid hell fire. Only Jesus Christ can save you by his death on the cross and his blood which washes away your sins, any other ways ( Islam, paganism, Hinduism, atheism, etc) can not save you. Be wise while you still have the chance accept Jesus Christ now and save your soul from hell. Be wiser than Satan and follow the one true God. This is the eternal truth from the spiritual realm.

Let south also ban all these livestock because I believe they are creating avenues for the killers to infiltrate south.

They're all shying away from the real deal, banning open grazing.. They should better summon courage and ban the archaic grazing.

These ban on livestock transportation seems to me to be a response to the ban on open grazing in the South. It looks like they want to indirectly stop the transportation of cows to the South but want to do so discreetly.. They're not banning killers herdsmen. The are banning livestock transportation..
