But Counsel to the AGF, Abdullah Abubakar, had argued that there was no evidence before the court that the blood seen in the video clip tendered by Alliyu belonged to a human being.

Mr Abubakar also said that there was nothing in the video clip that showed that the house that was invaded belonged to Igboho or linked the AGF with the invasion.

The case is getting interesting now. Laugh won kill me when I read this. grin

Extremely weak defence....even the mumu DSS had reported that they raided and kill 2 people at Ighoho's residence. It's in the news.

I'm beginning to suspect Malami. He could be cashing out from this too. Who knows, he might even be the one who told Ighoho's council to sue and claim that amount that he's going to come up with weak defence.....abi which kaind what's upon a time SAN be this?

One thing may be sure... the judge may not receive his retirement benefits, except he is getting a share of the 20B. If he is not retired ASAP, he may be frustrated by the powers bigger than him.

This case is a win win for Mr Sunday, because it will go a long way in weakening his extradited case been put forward by the Nigeria Government in Benin Republic . I can now bet 2 things on this case
1. that Federal Government will never pay him a dime at the very end of the day.
2. That Mr Sunday will never be extradited to Nigeria based on this Judgement.

You people don’t know the import of the judgement. It is now a fact known to law that his fundamental human rights has been violated. This will be very handy in refusing his extradition from Benin republic. If a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria has ruled that his rights has been violated why will the court in Benin Republic now hand him over to FGN. Ponder this

Lolz, the most fgn can do is to appeal all the way to Supreme Court.
If Igboho gets his judgment confirmed, fgn go pay. If not Igboho go go court collect garnished ontop any account dss or office of attorney General de use in any bank. Those accounts go de blocked by the court and money paid to Igboho.
