Ogun state may have lower IGR but it definitely has more industry then Anambra due to it's proximity to Lagos look at Ota, Agbara Sagamu etc. Very industrialized areas and for Oyo state a lot of industries closed down over the years but anyways the only time where we can fairly judge is when we get restructuring for now these arguments are senseless and we should applaud all basic progress no matter what.
There are sectors that contributes to economy not just industrial sector, among the three major sectors that contribute to states gdp, industrial sector is the least, services top in states gdp in Nigeria followed by Agriculture, go to below table to see the gap Ogun gave Anambra, while Anambra top Ogun in services mind you Anambra is home of West African largest market and many other markets, this rebasing of states norminal gdp of 22 states was published by NBS 2yrs ago, remember Anambra just joined league of oil and gas producing states this month, no doubt it will give Ogun gap on industrial sector base on proceeds from oil in the state, just like Ondo and other oil producing states gave Ogun and Anambra gap on industrial sector because of proceeds from oil exploration in their domain.

Tell us what your Governors are doing that make them better than ours. The last time we checked, Abia is still a shit hole, nothing to write about Enugu. Anambra makes most noise on little things, nothing special about Ebonyi and Imo state is still struggling to survive.

These are your States data below, your over-hyped Anambra State is far below ogun and Oyo. Your region is a colossal failure and a leech to the rest southern states and Nigeria at large. What's your pride

Without Lagos, the other 5 SW states almost double SE IGR and also about double NC without Abuja.

Abuja alone contributes over 50% of the IGR attributed to NC.

Only the 6 SS states have bigger IGR than the 5 other SW states.

If Rivers state IGR is taken out of SS the 5 SW states will match the SS

This is what measures economy not the IGR they fabricate and push to media to be able to get more loans from gullible lenders

Ogun, Oyo, Ondo are all below Anambra state in economy

You suppose smart more than this, how can Nigeria nominal GDP be $113bn in 2017? Who knows where you find fake tables to win argument

Debt stock, what are they doing with fake IGR they keep deceiving you guys with, when they're leading states in debt with nothing to show for

Check debt stock states in you region compare to southeast, why borrowing to pay workers salary

USA, Japan, UK have far more debt than Nigeria using all kind of parameters, but is Nigeria therefore more advanced or economically better than these countries?

I can see your state debt level is around what you find in Zamfara, Yobe etc and your IGR in SE states is always within their range so no surprise.

Same way IGR of USA, Japan is hundreds of times larger than Nigeria's but they carry larger debt stock.

Choose the category you want to belong, SW will soon start doing resident lottery to attract the services of your able body youth to come and serve their useful working life in development of SW region.

I saw a slowpoke praising Bisi Akande who is the achitect of misfortunes in Osun state. Bisi Akande caused a lot of death among workers in year 2000 when he carried out mass sacking. Then fast forward to Aregbesola regime. This man started half salary payment in Nigeria. Several months of salary yet to be paid with huge debt of billions. APC from AD party, brought nothing but pain to Osun.
