We know the region that have most Nigerians in foreign prisons.

You will hardly find our head slammers in foreign prisons because they don't travel a lot and are not greedy and insatiable like the folks from the other side of the country.

No Head slammer ! What about Emma, BARKING DOGS PEOPLE

If you guys were doing what the constitution mandated you lots to do, I am sure the case of looking for Nigerian "fugitives" looked up somewhere like Nepal, Madagascar etc will not pop up.
Address the root cause and this resources for pointless project will be saved and used for something better.

Should thorough background checks be made, before application for their release, I’m confident a significant numbers won’t be Nigerian in the first place.
