Use a toner. Astringent toners that contain alcohol tend to dry out the skin. ...
Pat the face dry. ...
Use blotting papers and medicated pads. ...
Use a facial mask. ...
Apply moisturizers.

1) DO NOT use sponge when washing your face, use only mild or medicated soap. Massage soap thoroughly with your hands all over your face and neck area and rinse out.

2) have a separate face towel or handkerchief for your face and dab wet face after washing and rinsing.
Do not use force

3) always make sure you wash your face before going to bed every night

5) stop using all sort on your face, in the name of clearing pimples and removing oil. Also stop the use of alcohol based products/cleansers on your face, it will produce more oil in the long run

6) don’t forget to drink water..plenty of it

7) regularly wash pillow cases and bedspread and maintain an overall clean hygiene

continue trying all this above and with time you will start noticing changes

If u like no use sponge for your face,na pile of dirt go full y face, I dare u to buy white handkerchief if u wn truly know how clean your face be. Itsjust like saying brushing with water and not tooth paste. OK na

I had similar experience some years ago.
I stopped using oily soap, then and started using antiseptic soap. I carefully select my personal cream
I take groundnuts once in a while
Moreover watch over your food

Nothing is wrong with you bro..I was once in ur shoe, u don't need any cream.just wash ur face with normal soap like joy or lux, don't use medicated soap.
Is just a phase, I will surely get moderate with time.

Buy two wraps of weed. Grind it an use it to make a plaster on your face . Allow for twenty minutes then rinse . Do this after 7 days. Thank me later.

Be mindful of what you eat.
Eat fruits, Eat fruits, I repeat eat fruits regularly.
Avoid sponge on ur face for awhile.

1. Do not use sponge on your face when bathing. In fact, stop using sponge altogether for now.

2. Start taking your vitamins.

3. Do not overwash your face, because if your face is too dry, your body will automatically produce oil to try and make it moisturised.

4. Use only toilet soap to bathe. (I recommend Lux or Cussons).

5. Drink lots of water.

Yours is small compared to mine. Oil face is golden, if oil dried up, you will look old. This is what you will do every morning and night. Get a towel and dip it in a near hot water(above warm level) and use it to press your face for like 15mins. Then use a face dry towel to clean up immediately. Immediately apply nixoderm to your face and allow it to dry without scratching it. Use can mix the nixoderm with vaseline or oil to reduce itching. Thank me later
