Buy original Nigerian black soap, not Ghana black soap, they're similar but ours is very good for controlling oily and acne prone skin. Buy 1,000naira worth, add lemon juice and turmeric powder, mix everything together. Apply on your face every night, let it dry for 5-10mins before washing off. I give you just 2 weeks, the acne will dry off and the oil will reduce significantly.

Reduce ur oil intake..Use rose water on a cotton wool to wipe ur face often...It removes excess oil,it will allow ur skin to breathe n it's very gentle on the skin.

Grind non-coated aspirin tablets, mix with water to form a paste and scrub your face with it using a soft sponge. Leave for about 10 minutes and wash off.

Or scrub your face with lemon juice (not green lime) and wash off.

Believe me it does especially for teenagers and some adults but it doesn't affect everyone as we all have different body type and metabolism.

Masturbation causes an imbalance in hormone secretion in the body leading to excessive oil production in the body especially the face. A bacteria known as propionibacterium feeds on this oil and in the process cause acne, pimple or cystic acne (those ones that are deep in the tissue of the skin and looks like boils but are actually pimple)

My grandma told me wash and rub my skin with my urine first thing in the morning when I was reacting to my school water, no cream, no soap just a quick rinse and I was desperate so I did, I stopped going outside for like a week, my skin was better than it was before the reaction, everyone was asking what I used and I told some ppl, I haven't done it since but maybe I would, its the stress that discouraged me but it worked

Rub original honey on it everyday. Leave it for 30mins and wash off. You'll see a huge difference within 2 weeks

Bro run from nixoderm, it will make ur face look burnt.. I'm talking from experience..
Skineal is far better than nixoderm (depending on ur skin type sha)
Also medicated soaps and some creams will bring out bigger pimples on ur face

Apply Nizoral (Ketaconazole) Shampoo for 5 minutes then wash it 3 times per week. Do you usually have dandruff? I think this is what is called Seborrheic dermatitis. For clarification try and see a dermatologist

Avoid eating groundnut or any products from groundnut e.g groundnut cake aka 'kuli' or 'sisipelebe' etc.

Ensure you wash your face regularly, it can be with only little water but preferably cold water.

Ensure you are with your face towel always.

You can use alovera plant to rub your face when going to bed.

You're welcome. I used to have a very oily skin, so I'm speaking from experience.

Oh, always have a face towel with you to dab your face (lightly), esp your nose and forehead. Buy codliver oil also and start using. It's high in vitamin A.

Note: Having oily skin doesn't mean you should stop taking anything that has oil. It has no correlation.

You need to buy a facial cleanser that has salicylic acid as one of its main ingredients. Go to any drugstore like Medplus or Healthplus. First do a google search of best and affordable facial cleaners with that ingredient. You can save a pic to aid you when u get to the pharmacy. Dont forget to buy cotton wool. Always wash your face before bed and use the cleanser. You can also use Nicoderm at night when you wish to sleep. Drink loads of water during the day and stop worrying.
You also didnt state your age, are you still a teenager? Your job stressful? Or have you been worrying much lately?

I had these kind of stubborn pimples years ago,I stopped using soap on my face,just had to bath with warm or cold water everyday,it cleared,soap has oil too
