I just must bring the car down to you for proper check. The time to do so is my issue. Finding convenient time for myself to see u with the car

ambyzown: Miroslav, I once experienced this same issue, but in my case, it happened on the day I took delivery of the vehicle and was driving from Lagos to Benin. The car refused to shift above 2nd gear. When I stopped and popped the hood, I discovered ATF all over most parts of the gearbox. I allowed the car to cool and resumed my trip. The problem didn't resurface again until about a week later when I travelled again. It turned out that the ATF had been overfilled. I reduced it to the correct level, and all has been well. I haven't had that issue again. Check ur ATF level.

However, i'll still follow nissanpart's advise since he said anything that malfunctions till car is switch off and on, has to be sensor fault related

You're quite right, and most often, the sensor will also trigger a DTC. The MIL may not light up, but a scan will reveal a stored temporary code.
