But we've started paying already, the minister of transport said we have paid over $100m and the infrastructures are still there and I am very sure we will pay. The loaners are the constructors, the loan was not given to anybody as in form of cash but in form of infrastructure.
If we stop the government from borrowing, how do we intend to finance our deficits infrastructure?
