. Andy Uba has every right to reject the outcome of the election and go to the Tribunal to seek redress. He is only exercising his constitunal rights. However in my opinion it is a waste of time and money. to do so for the following reasons 1 The Igbo kingdom is driven by what is on ground to vote during an election. In 2015 and 2019 it voted PDP because of Obi Peter but in 2021 Anambra gubernatorial election ,it voted APGA because of its belief in late Ojjukwu Biafra legacies which Kanu is leading now. 2 BVS is not in our constitution it is developed by INEC . So if it failed to work as claimed by Uba INEC reserves the right to let people vote as long as their names and pictures are on the voters' list. 3 Where are irregularities and manipulation? In what way have they affected the outcome of the election ? What could have been the results of the election if there were no irregularities? 4 Many people defected to APC on the eve of the election as claimed by Uba.How does this portend who will win the election? Is it not possible to be in APC and vote APGA? Uba should know that APC voted APGA in the election. 5 That election results are on the site of APGA means nothing. They can be anywhere but it is the INEC resukts that we will follow. In sum all the Uba 's allegations hold no water and legal battle on the election is just an academic exercise. If the result of the election is the wish of Igbo kingdom in Anambra so be it.It is their state and they are deciders of the person who rules as their Governor.
