Ornaments: open a current account,fill transfer form instructing the bank to tranfer from your dom to your naira acct. the bank will effect the transfer at the prevailing rate. |

Ornaments: Why do you want to convert/exchange to naira when you don't have naira account? I guess you may find out from the bank if they can give you cash by hand as you convert/exchange with them. |
