Future Leaders: Chima Anyaso advises youths to be optimistic during disappointments

The Chairman, CAADES Group of Oil & Gas Limited, Dr. Desmond Chima Anyaso has advised youths to be positive while reacting to disappointments in life, saying that "Your strength is tested & measured by pressure."

Dr. Anyaso, who advised via
his Facebook post, #MondayMotivation, stated that "If plan A works there will be no need for plan B. If you succeed in your first attempt there will be no need for a second, third, or fourth attempt but what if you failed? Like the saying goes "ease is a greater threat to success than hardship".

According to him, the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure is "a superpower, a superpower that you should develop and master if you want to become and remain successful." He went ahead to say that in an ideal world, there will be no need for intuition and spontaneity.

Dr. Anyaso, who said that the world is run not by the most intelligent people but by the most resilient and intuitive and stressed the need for the youths to be resilient. He said these two qualities are perfected by multiple disappointments and failures, saying that *If you are convinced about a particular thing, follow through with it and see the end of it. Never back down or accept failure." Dr. Chimaobi Anyaso counseled.
