There is no nothing to celebrate about this news,if anything it showed that the governor is visionless,not saying that those that put their states in debt are good,but come on,this is a nothern state we are talking about,where poverty rate is high and literacy level is low, and a governor has a huge sum of money like that stashed somewhere,if anything what i see here is incompetence on the part of the governor. |
