My uncle who served in the police force,told me what happened in the early 80s, there was a commissioner of police who tried recruiting almost half a thousand or even thousand northerners into the police force, they brought them in their hundreds to Police college, gave them vip treatment, same treatment can never be given to southerners, paid them while training, but Guess what?
