South ruled for 14yrs (SS & SW) while North ruled (is ruling) for the 10th year (NW) therefore in all honesty all regions should settle their scores and justice should be served for all. South might have cheated SE for not sharing power with them but the next 4yrs automatically belongs to North and NC and NE are unequivocally the zones to be tipped for the position.
