All it says is that the rescue operation made the area resemble a construction site , Either way, MY point stands Ps 2 Have checked several sites.No evidence that the well was being repaired. Even if it was, there should have been enough warning signs and markers to deter kids from playing around there. But as it is, the well was abandoned and not in use. And not covered by a parapet |
