HOW A CHOSEN RETURNED ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

1 John 2:29 - If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.

What would you do with a million dollars? This was the tempting ordeal our brother found himself in. Fortunately, our brother just like many other worshippers in the Lord's Chosen are privy to the message of genuine salvation being preached here.

The General Overseer (G.O.) never fails to charge the worshippers to maintain honesty wherever we find ourselves. Our brother, Arch. Victor Anyanwu, proved to be a true child of God when he returned the sum of 1 million USD to the rightful owners.

He works as a Manager in a bank here in Lagos. Sometime ago, another bank approached the bank he works with for a transaction called 'Cash Swap'.
The requesting bank raised a draft of 4 Million USD for this purpose. Initially, his bank did not have the complete amount, but was able to pay an initial 3 million USD while they sourced for the remaining 1 million USD.

Before close of business that day, they were able to source the remaining balance and called the requesting bank to come pick up the balance. The person in charge insisted they had collected the complete 4million USD.

Our brother decided to do the necessary checks and balance to be sure their accounts were balanced. After checking, there was an excess of 1 Million USD. Our brother then went to the other bank to tell them about this excess cash and they still insisted they had collected the complete funds and even signed all the documents involved.

At this point, our brother went back to his office, collected the 1million USD and placed it somewhere discreet inside the bank's vault.
The money was there for over a year, untouched. He was quite tempted, but was able to resist the temptation not to touch the money.

After one long year, the other bank realized they were missing 1million USD after their end of the year audit. They eventually contacted our brother's bank pleading that they check their accounts as the unit involved had been threatened with sack letters.

At this time, our brother then informed them that the money was in his care and they could come pick it up. This came as a serious shock to all of them.

Indeed, this is righteousness in action.

This is suppose to be a normal thing but its its seems we are now corrupt by default. But you for put am for fixed deposit make e the yeild interest. Somethings need common sense.when they were ready you would have given them their money and interest or keep the interest.

I doubt the story. Banks balance their cash position daily, not till end of year audit.
The receiving bank would have found out the shortage that same day.
There are many other issues with the story too.

Thank God for this positive news concerning a Christian faithful. You always read or hear a pastor rape a member, a member's child, or is involved in a money ritual, etc.
