Now the NNPC wants to dilute the adulterated fuel with fresh imported fuel Worth over N201billion.

You can imagine the collosal waste of funds and the immense potential for corruption.

Disgraceful.

All these people should be rounded up and thrown into prison for these economic sabotage.

It could be.

The argument for Nigeria remaining one is getting thinner by the day.

The disadvantages are getting much bigger than the advantages.

The Cabal and The Central Governor: This photo of Nigeria's Central Bank Governor, Godwin Emefiele and a member of the Buhari cabal, Ismaila Funtua is not new, it was taken in 2015 during president @mbuhari's official visit to Washington DC, but with recent revelations from the wife of the President exposing the modus operandi of a deadly cabal around the President, the photo has received a new life.

Nigerians Drag CBN Governor, Emefiele On Twitter With #TheEmefieleDisaster

The rumored plans of the CBN Governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele, to stage a surprising run for the Presidency became a national trending topic on Thursday as Nigerians from across the country expressed their dissatisfaction over the move – alongside Mr. Emefiele’s overall tenure as CBN Chief – using a scathing hashtag, #TheEmefieleDisaster.

Users of the platform who joined in the conversation accused the CBN Governor of executing a partisan agenda at the CBN aimed at retaining the support of high-placed members of the ruling party, the APC, who are keen on helping him succeed President Buhari as the country’s next leader in 2023.

They alleged that despite supervising Nigeria’s worst economic and financial performance in decades, including a spiraling foreign exchange crisis, he has remained untouchable due to his willingness to open the country’s vault to this exclusive class within the APC who are backing him for the Presidency.

Others noted how Emefiele has concerned himself with partisan activities unrelated to his official mandate as the CBN Governor, asserting that the deliberate inflation of his roles and duties constitutes evidence of his reign of impunity and abuse of office.

“Emefiele expanded his impunity by making an unannounced courtesy call to the camp of the Nigerian Super Eagles all the way in Cameroon; a visit that has left Nigerians wondering non-stop as to its relevance to his role as the CBN Governor,” one of the tweets read.

Rumors of Godwin Emefiele considering a likely run in 2023 has gathered steam in the past few weeks with multiple inside Villa sources affirming that the banker has emerged as the most preferred candidate of certain APC figures who consider his Presidency the best-case scenario.

The primary consideration, according to the sources, is that it allows them to honor the growing call for a power shift to the Southern region of the country without handing over the reins of the country’s economy which Emefiele has, allegedly, surrendered to them.

With the way all these current Nigeria leaders are going, the nation called Nigeria may not survive 2023. They will try to force themselves on the people, but I believe the people are wiser now and will revolt, tear and burn all of them down, including their so called security they use against the people... they better retrace their steps now. embarassed embarassed

I don't see why someone who supports Tinubu, atiku, buhari, rochas and Co will abuse emiefele and call him incompetent.

You can't just choose the evil to support and the evil to hate as evil is evil will all lead to disaster.

But let's just keep playing with fire and then act surprise when it burns down the entire place.

They play too much on twitter.

If you are a serious minded youth and you are not on twitter, trust me, you are not missing anything. It is worthless to you.

Twitter is a platform where people go and idle away and cyberbully one another until they have someone else to blame for their self imposed and self destructive idleness.

Be bold enough to support Emefiele with your chest, you can ask well campaign for him after all Buhari is your mentor.

There are people on the same twitter that can quadruple the 30k monthly BMC allowance you get for trolling here without breaking sweat.
And they can even register you on NHIS and get you enrolled on a pension scheme since all this is outside your BMC scope.

So useless and jobless he visited Super Eagles during a competition outside Nigeria.

So clueless he seats down idly and supervises the launch and unvailing of a pyramid of fraud.

So technically deficient he reads prepared statements all the days of his life.

It's like everyone wants to be president in 2023.

"Everyone'.... every Nigerian citizen has the right to contest for elected office... but because the democratic bar is set so low by the divided and ignorant citizenry that have pre-sold their franchises to sentiment.... 'anyone' is free to contest.... which is such a pity.

There is just no other profession, aspiration or venture in life so open and worthless as political office in Nigeria.
There are only a given number of pilots, doctors, petro-chemists, geologists, psychologists in Nigeria.
If any industry opens for vacancies there will be only a set number qualified for such positions.

What makes for a crowd or not at application or interview is the preset criteria.
We the citizens have so 'cheapened' the position of President and permitted an alarming level of mediocrity that 'anyone' is qualified.
Little surprise that we are the way we are.
You simply cannot experience better than your mentality. That is a law.

Until we restructure to align our sensibilities and evolve standards for life and living in Nigeria, the slide to infamy will continue.

What is paining me the most is the way those CBN staff are always balling. I know a couple with expensive houses in high brow areas. They even started buying houses abroad.

How can we share the same territory and the income disparity is so wide?
