Iran is not a stable country. Most people there are not rational. They can launch nuclear weapons at any slight provocation which is dangerous. The world does not want that. Imagine what is happening btw Russia and Ukraine now. If it's Iran with the amount of nuclear weapons Russia have, it would be another story by now. Even with everything Russia still want to fight on the ground and not threatening to nuke Ukraine every second. That show real strength and been sensible.
