Jesus didn't come to redeem the poor, he came to redeem sinners. As a matter of fact, Jesus said, the poor you will always have with you. Meaning, u can eradicate sickness and diseases but you can't eradicate poverty. That's why even in the midst of plenty in Europe and America, you can still find poor people everywhere.

Having said that, i don't think he was removed for being poor/not paying tithe, he must have done something ridiculous.

It's so unfortunate that people do and say all manner of things just to make money. The blogger will surely parish in hell for lying.

The man in question is a keke (tricycle) rider. And it was on Sunday morning while service was going on, the security and traffic unit were in front of church gate to coordinate and ensure free flow of traffic.

The the keke rider came from giniwa axis and was driving against the traffic. He was stopped by one of the traffic personnel and asked to turn back. All he could do was to come from his tricycle and started fighting the member of traffic unit. At this point, he was brought into the security post by the security personnels around. He started shouting and even sat on the ground that the should kill him But when the security saw that his shouting is distracting worshippers, they have to let him go.

It was never a tithing issue as that church in question will never stoop so low to embarrass member because of TITHE.
