The electronic registration of persons living in Lagos by Gov fashola tends to put smile on the faces of some Nigerians but i ask will it mean good or another way of syphoning money from poor tax payers. |

It can mean either. At this point nobody knows how it will work out. If it works out, it is the first step to comprehensive social security for Lagosians. |
