God bless the leadership of the RCCG for this department, it is not just timely but I believe it is indeed a church in which the Holy Spirit is active.
Let's consider the issues
1-where can the best example of leadership be found- The Bible
2- Politicians during elections go to church for prayers - True
3- what is the only institution that has sustained leadership in Nigeria that we are even exporting to the world- The Church

If the above are correct as they are the church should start building leaders from the cradle.
If individuals like Pantami with his radicalism could become a minister in Nigeria, then all Churches not just RCCG should start the department.
Finally if Osinbajo or Amaechi happens to be the first product s then blessed is Nigeria for it.
Never should a leader emerge in Nigeria without the church. It should be extended to governor's, senators , houses of rep and assembly.

Sir, I do not stereotype or generalize so please let us stay on this issue of rccg political letter.

As you can see, it is untidy and lacking in intellectual strategy. It is not different from what oft unprepared politicians do when election approaches whereas they had at least 2 years to have started a unit like this. This untidy attempt will lead to rancour and I urge rccg to suspend it until after 2023 election so that they will not be used and dumped.

Since 2019, I expected rccg that has a politics directorate in mind, to first mobilize members to register(I can not recall rccg raising awareness for inec registration during the inec registration), sustain a kind of R & D monitoring and evaluation system like the late Otunba Dipo Dina was doing then when OGB was in office in Ogun state then scout for credible political leaders even outside the rccg to convert to use its platform to get more votes.

This is untidy and its fallout is already creating ripples they lack the competence to address.

You are just ignorant. Go and enquire. Politics has always been a topic in their Sunday School manual for many years now; encouraging their members to get involved and be an example like Daniel who served under several governments but never got himself corrupted.
Get their manuals for different years, you will see it (politics) in all the yrs.

Dele Momodu is known for who he is. It doesn’t make sense to surmise that all members of RCCG belong to the same political party.
