We take alot of this for granted here.

Dizziness isn't a good sign especially if ure fully into sports where ur always active.

bad feeding and eating habits , lack of exercise and hereditary issues can make one to have high blood pressure , this at most times cause the heart to have enlargements at certain parts of the heart and once this crops in you find out that such ppl cant do much activities before they start breathing hard .
